2. I do meet-ups at MRT stations ONLY. Additional charges apply for meet-ups and there are as follows:

Sengkang= Free of Charge
Hougang, Punggol, Kovan=$1.50
Yishun, Pasir Ris, Tampines, Woodlands=$2.00

Other places for meet-ups can be discussed however, additional charges will apply for meet-ups at anywhere else at your convenience.

3. If you prefer the item(s) to be mailed to you, kindly email me your home address. However, postage fees shall be paid by the buyer. Postage fees vary and are NOT included in the price of the items.
AS A ROUGH GAUGE,
Normal postage(5-7 days): $0.50-$1.00
Registered mail (2-3 days): $3.50-$4.00
However, price depends on weight of item(s).

I will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during mail.

4. There will be no need for any downpayments. Financial transactions can be made face-to-face OR deposited into my account. If you choose to deposit into my account, please send me the transaction number via e-mail or sms after you have done so.

5. Buyers, please don't go dead on me. I regret to inform you that all dead buyers shall be BLACKLISTED.
